Ambire extension enables you to control your Basic and Smart accounts with the following hardware wallets:
- Trezor (One, Model 3 and Model T),
- Ledger (Nano, Nano X, Ledger Nanos S Plus and Stax),
- and GRID+ (Lattice 1).
Important: You’ll never be prompted to import private keys or seed phrases when using your hardware wallet with Ambire.
When accessing your hardware wallet account through Ambire Wallet's extension, your private keys are safe and offline 🔒
The private keys responsible for managing that account are safeguarded by your hardware wallet device, as your hardware device is utilizing Ambire Wallet purely as a visual interface, similar to Ledger Live.
