The $stkWALLET token has multiple purposes in the Ambire Wallet ecosystem.
- Governance
It functions as the primary governance token in the WalletDAO, allowing its holders to vote in the governance proposals and shape the future of the Ambire Wallet.
- Staking rewards
It is also a staking token, received when users stake their $WALLET tokens. Participating in staking doesn’t just enable governance, it also brings staking rewards, with the current APY (as per October 2025) is ~5.35%.
- XP in Ambire Rewards
Having $stkWALLET is also rewarded with additional XP for every first transaction for the day on the Ethereum network, done via your Ambire Wallet extension. This XP is used in the Ambire Rewards program, which rewards you with $stkWALLET at the end of each season!
