Instead of XP and levels, Season 2 of Ambire Rewards uses a score-based system.
Your "User score" is built from factors that reflect your wallet balance, usage, and commitment to the ecosystem, including your average balance, staked $WALLET, provided $WALLET liquidity, swap and bridge volume within Ambire, and participation in governance.
Community multipliers are applied on top, rewarding users who are part of the broader Web3 ecosystem and stick around.
Factors and score points
The "User score" will be calculated, based on the performance of the following factors:
- Wallet Balance (AVG)
For every $1000 (on the eligible networks) in your wallet balance you receive 1 score point.
- Concentrated Liquidity (AVG)
For every $1000 worth of $WALLET/$ETH liquidity provided on Uniswap you receive 30 score points.
- Staked $WALLET (AVG)
For every $1000 worth of $stkWALLET you hold you receive 20 score points.
- Swap & Bridge volume
For every $2000 generated in Swap & Bridge volume, you receive 1 score point.
- Governance total weight in USD
Governance vote score is calculated by the formula: governance_score = user.governance_proposals_voted_in.map(x => x.governance_weight).sum() * wallet_token.price / 2000
- Community multipliers
You receive 1.06X multiplier of your score for belonging to any of the following:
- Have pledge to the Trustless manifesto
- Hold a LobsterDAO NFT
- Hold a CryptoTesters NFT
- Hold an Ambire Gas Tank NFT, Legends NFT, or any Ambire conference POAP
- Hold Gitcoin passport NFT
- Hold GHO passport NFT
Other multipliers may be added during the Season 2 progress.
You can find more information for Community multipliers on this following page.
Note: Results from the factors will be rounded to the nearest, full score point.
Examples:
- If your average wallet balance is $850 or $1400, you will get 1 score point, as the formula is "1 score point for every $1000".
- Generating $2800 in Swap & Bridge will result to 1 score point, as the formula is "$2000 generated in Swap & Bridge volume, you receive 1 score point"
- Having average of $1220 worth fo $stkWALLET will result 24 score points, as the formula is "20 score points for every $1000 worth of $stkWALLET"
Average balances
We are referring to "average" (AVG) when it comes to balance, we mean the average between all snapshots taken during the season. Snapshots will be taken at a random time once per week.
For UX purposes, the UI may mix in live data (e.g, if you have no snapshots, we'll show your live data) to avoid user confusion as to why they don't have a provisional score.
Note: to calculate your wallet balance, we'll look at tokens and protocols across Ethereum, Optimism, Base, and other subsequently announced chains.
In the one-month calculations period after the conclusion of the season, we will reserve the right to make changes to this scope, so that double-countings can be removed, but also significant uncounted balances can be fixed.
User score
Your personal "User score" is built from factors we have mentioned above, and is calculated via following formula:
User_score = (balance_score + stkWALLET_score + liquidity_score + swap_volume_score + governance_score) * total_multiplier
In other words, you will get a separate score for your average balance, average staked $WALLET, average provided $WALLET liquidity, Swap & Bridge volume via Ambire Wallet extension, and WALLET DAO governance participation. This score will then be summed and multiplied by the community multipliers, resulting in your final score.
