I accidentally sent legacy tokens to ax exchange which has already migrated - what to do?

If you have accidentally sent legacy tokens to an exchange which has already migrated to the new ADX tokens, such as Binance, Bittrex or Upbit e.g., please contact the exchange who should be able to recover it.
