As of writing this post, Binance, Coinbase, HTX, KuCoin, Gate.io and some other centralized exchanges (CEX) do not automatically detect native token deposits. It means that transfers of $BNB on BNB Chain, $MATIC on Polygon chain, AVAX on Avalanche, AETH on Arbitrum, ETH on Optimism, and etc., coming from Ambire Wallet (or any other smart wallet) may not be detected as a successful transfer, and it may not be shown in your assets.
The reason for this is that they do not detect "internal transactions", also called "smart contract deposits" or "transaction calls"- in other words, they don't detect the funds if they are coming from a contract call.
There is no problem with regular ERC-20 token transactions.
In this case, the funds are correctly received by exchanges but not credited, and you should contact them to unlock your funds. To speed up the process, you should send us the ticket you have open with them, which we will use to help convince them to implement a fix. You can send the case number ID to us via the "Support" button here.
