What is $WALLET token and how will it be distributed?
The purpose of $WALLET is to be used for rewarding Ambire Wallet users and to enable governance. Initially, it will be launched on Ethereum but we plan to bridge it to Polygon and BSC later on.
The WALLET token supply is 1 billion and it will be distributed as follows:
- 12.7% to the early backers with 1 year linear vesting (linear = more tokens are unlocked with every new block, and recipients can claim the token manually when they want to)
- 10% to the team on a merit basis, with 3 year linear vesting; allocations to team members are distributed as long as the given person is part of the team - if they leave, they lose the remainder
- 10% to ADX stakers; as a way of involving the AdEx community and promoting Ambire to the community, distributed over 18 months as additional staking rewards; this staking reward is locked (distributed in xWALLET and received only in the Wallet itself)
- 30% allocation for early users and stakers, distributed over 4 years (early user continuous airdrop)
- 35.5% allocation to the DAO
- 0.6% for initial liquidity on Huobi Primelist, 1% for marketing activities and 0.2% for market making

Currently the $WALLET token is listed and tradable on a number of crypto exchanges, which can be found here.
$WALLET tokens are now available for swap on SushiSwap, which is also integrated as a swap tool in Ambire Wallet.
