When you sign and submit a transaction in Ambire Wallet, it is broadcast to the blockchain network, where it waits to be included in a block (mined). During this time, the transaction has a Pending status. Once it is successfully included in a block, its status changes to Confirmed.
Most transactions are confirmed relatively quickly. However, depending on network congestion, gas prices, and the network fee settings you've selected, some transactions may take longer than expected.
For example, choosing the Slow network fee option or manually setting gas fees too low may result in your transaction remaining pending for an extended period.
How to speed up a pending transaction
You can check the status of your transactions in the Activity section of the Ambire Wallet dashboard.
If a transaction has been pending for longer than expected, you can try speeding it up by following these steps:
Open Activity in Ambire Wallet.
Find and select the pending transaction.
Click the Speed up button.
Choose a faster network fee option or manually increase the gas fee values using the advanced settings.
Review and confirm the transaction.
The Speed up feature submits a replacement transaction with higher gas fees, increasing its chances of being included in a block sooner.
Note: Speeding up a transaction does not guarantee immediate confirmation. The time required still depends on network conditions and the gas fees offered.
If your transaction remains pending despite increasing the gas fees, please contact our support team for assistance.
