Step 1: Prepare the bridge
In the "Send" field, select the token and the amount you want to bridge.
In the "Receive" field, select the destination blockchain network and the token you wish to receive on that network.
Soon after, in the "Preview route" field, you will see an estimated quote for the best route available. You can also click on "Select another route", just over that field, to see a list with alternative routes and their estimated quotes.
Note: In some cases, you will be warned that a follow-up transaction is needed to finalize the bridge. In such cases, you will have to follow all the steps in this tutorial. If there is no need for a follow-up transaction, you won't see that checkbox, and the bridge will be finalized without Steps 4, 5, and 6 of this tutorial.
If you agree with the estimated quote and route, click on "Proceed" and follow the next step.
Step 2: Signing the bridge transaction
You will be presented with an overview of the transaction.
Click on the "Sign" button and sign the transaction to start the bridging process.
Step 3: Transaction progress
You will see the status of the bridge transaction.
Depending on the route, how busy the blockchain networks are and other factors, it might take a while to see it status as "Confirmed".
Close that window and check the bridge menu to see if your bridge is done (Step 7) or if you need a follow-up transaction (Steps 4, 5, and 6).
Step 4: Follow-up transaction
Some bridging pairs require a follow-up transaction to finalize the bridge.
Click on the "Proceed to Next Step" button to continue with the bridge process of your token.
Step 5: Signing the follow-up transaction
You will be presented with an overview of the follow-up transaction.
Click on the "Sign" button and sign the transaction to continue with the bridging process.
Step 6: Follow-up transaction progress
You will see the status of the follow-up transaction.
Depending on the route, how busy the blockchain networks are and other factors, it might take a while to see it status as "Confirmed".
Step 7: Bridge confirmation
Once you complete all the required steps, your bridge transaction will be marked as "Completed Route."
Click on "Back" and check your Dashboard, to see the tokens you have received.
